What organisers ask us
Do guests need to install an app?
No. The booth is a web page. Guests open your link or scan the QR code and use it in their phone's browser.
What kind of frame artwork do you need?
A PNG image with a transparent area where the guest's photo should appear. It can be square, portrait, story-size or round - FrameIt finds the opening and fits the photo into it. You can provide up to six frames for one event.
What does the guest get?
A JPG picture in the same shape as your frame, at full size, ready to download or share to WhatsApp, Instagram and other apps on their phone.
Are the photos stored?
Yes. Each finished photo is saved to that event's gallery so the organiser can view, download or remove it. The guest's original photo is not uploaded - only the framed result.
Can we show the photos on our own website?
Yes. Each event has an embed code that places a photo wall on your website. New photos appear on it automatically.
